★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with the service team and the young chap downstairs. Everything was done as expected. All the team I dealt with were very friendly including the sales team which can be quite pushy at some places. Great to have the coffee shop across the road too.

No judgement, no assumptions, just awesome people that are excited to be selling bikes and talking to people that love bikes- regardless of age, gender, and experience with bikes. 100% would recommend for anyone that wants excellent service and great quality bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by the store yesterday to browse through their motorcycle jeans and was served by Mike. Top quality service with very genuine advice! Mike helped me choose the ideal riding jeans with the perfect fit, which is rare. Very happy customer and very happy with purchase. Would drop by store in near future (perhaps even for my new bike!).
11/20 update: Never anticipated the last few words in my original review above a month ago would eventuate a lot sooner than I anticipated. Was served to a very high standard by Rob from sales who greatly facilitated a hassle-free trade-in of my existing bike for my first Triumph (a Street Triple). Very high standard of service from Rob - upfront, honest and a good sense of humour. Extremely happy with my new ride. These guys are extremely passionate and know their stuff on bikes very well. I'm now a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to get work done on my motorcycle. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone through the lack of communication, and rudeness. Finally parts of my bike were 'misplaced' while in their care. Brake fluid was spilt on my bike. For $100 p/h there was no care taken and no responsibility. experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
