★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Covid-19 lock down, my daughter Elise fell off her scooter and hurt her knee badly. We were very concerned as this was impacting on her ability to do ballet. We immediately called Physio Connect for an appointment, but they were only having appointments through a virtual platform. We went ahead with it and we were referred to Emma. We were so glad that we continued treatments with Emma. Her approach was very professional; she was very re-assuring. If there was any questions or concerns, Emma was always very helpful and was able to answer them for us. She was gentle with Elise and always made sure that Elise understood what she had to do to get better. It was a delight in working with Emma. I will definitely use Physio connect again should an injury occur. I have no reservation in recommending Physio Connect to anyone. You have our vote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have spent a long time here rehabilitating an injured knee (torn PCL and MCL). Julie is very knowledgeable and we got great results. There’s a good vibe here and it’s free under ACC. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonty is my physiotherapist, and Shirley is my acupuncturist for the past eight months; both have been amazing so far with my injuries, my neck and my lower back - fantastic customer service to their professional work to clients and I am recovering very well! I highly recommend the Takapuna Barrys point Physio Connect branch! I will continue to go both of them for future rehabilitation for my sports injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Physio experience ever - steep learning curve for me. Coming off my mountain bike in a hurry left me with limited and painful movements mainly neck, shoulders and wrists. Julie is very thorough and professional explaining the treatments and what to expect. She recommended a range of exercises which admittedly I only followed a few initially. With very helpful treatments, heaps of patience and a lot of encouragement, I am now as good as I ever was years before. Thank you kindly, Julie. She is awesome to work with - highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Emma at Physio Connect and have been very pleased with my experiences with Emma and with Physio Connect on the whole. Emma is a very confident and professional physio who has been excellent at providing hands on treatment as well as recommending a exercises to support the rehabilitation process. She is also supported by a great team including an acupuncturist and a sonographer on site who can get a deeper understanding of injuries and niggles. I have found Emma's knowledge of muscular skeletal issues and bio mechanics to be amazing, and she has been a great support in not only rehabilitating but also educating for longer term injury prevention and management. She is a wonderful human and a delight to engage with, which can make the often painful and frustrating aspects of injury much more manageable. A truly passionate and gifted physio she is an absolute credit to herself along with Physio Connect Takapuna. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma or any of the team at Physio Connect, as I have had nothing but very positive experiences. Five stars, would rehab again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nathan is an incredible physiotherapist, his diagnosis are accurate and precise as well as he recalls then communicates the various injury options clearly. I chose Physio Connect for the free surcharge and also their onsite podiatrist recommended an ankle brace completely free with ACC, this is ideally how patients as well as government envisage ACC to operate for people. Nathan and the entire team at Physio Connect Takapuna are inspirational, supportive and thorough as well as genuinely nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my leg mid 2020, after the cast was taken off, I was referred by a personal contact to Physio Connect and found the Takapuna location to be the most convenient. My experience has been one of overall care, without compromise from the beginning with Julie and her team, including acupuncture and podiatry care. I felt well cared for in a knowledgeable, professional, consistent manner always with the long term goal of complete rehab to activity prior to accident. I happily recommend anyone to this clinic knowing they will find themselves in good hands:-)
