β β β β β Went in to look at a motorcycle and all of the gear. Got asked twice if I needed help before I decided on what I wanted. told them what I was after two days later I bought the motorcycle delivered to Rotorua in the same week, no problems

β β β β β To sum it up in one word - **AVOID**. Took the bike in as a error was showing on dash. Next day got a call to say they had found the problem and the replacement part and labor would come to $450 + GST. Gave them the go-ahead to fix it. Two days later went to collect and presented with a bill of $720 + GST. Service manager was extremely rude and called me a liar saying he did not quote me $450. After I stood my ground we settled on the original agreed price. Not a good customer experience to say the least. They don't deserve your business. Go elsewhere.

β β β β β Went in to test ride a used bike I was interested in. I was told I needed to commit to buying the bike and hand the funds over before a test ride. On top of this I was told that after a test ride there would have to be a really good reason to not carry on with the sale.
This was not a 20k+ sale and proof of funds was not even an option. If the plan is to go and just look at bikes I would rather go to a bike museum over a "motorcycle dealer".

β β β β β Took brand new KTM that was bought from here in for it's first service at 1000ks.
When I went to pick it up, the boss was complaining how staff hadn't shown up and there was only a high school kid working that day. So I assume an un-experienced kid had done the work.
After getting home, I noticed the clutch cable was hanging on by a couple threads, so they obviously hadn't checked what they said they had.
It looks like they washed the bike with a pressure washer without much care because the dash had a lot of moisture behind the glass it when I picked it up.
On top of that, there's a line item on the bill for "KTM XC-1 diagnostic tool" - $30. This is not a consumable item, you are a KTM dealer, you should have this tool and should not charge $30 buck to plug it in! It's like putting "Socket set" on the the bloody bill!
Not a great experience.
