The room was lovely, as was the view!!
Black out blinds were top notch for that early morning sun ??

β β β β β We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and the rooms were super clean and cosy. Only suggestion would be additional blankets for beds. Hotel provides wonderful shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Absolutely would stay and recommend to family and friends.

β β β β β My partner and I stayed here between the 13th - 18th of December. Upon check-in the two younger receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. The room was very tidy and nicely styled. We loved the focus on recyclable products. The cleaners did an awesome job as we accidentally dropped a wine glass. They were very quick to come and clean it up for us and replace the broken glass. The hotel restaurant by the lobby is a must visit also. Overall all of the hotel staff were amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Cheers team.

β β β β β Nice clean tidy modern hotel . Excellent staff. The presentation of meals leaves a bit to be desired. I ate the blackboard special of an aged steak.Beautifully cooked. Pity it came with a few shoestring fries a sprig of parsley and a dash of sauce. Not a salad or vegetable in site. Price $48 was fine, just a pity it wasn't complete!!

β β β β β Such a great hotel in Queenstown. Newly built so everything was immaculate.
Staff were awesome. Mat the General Manager greeted us as we arrived which was a nice touch.
Breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start our day.
I will definitely go back.

β β β β β Excellent new hotel concept, the lobby area and bar is relaxing and modern. Rooms are well appointed and clean, service was exceptional and friendly at a time when there weren't a lot of guests in house. Secure parking underground and an excellent gym for guest use. Proximity to the airport and Frankton is A+ with a nice cafe across the road, highly recommend

β β β β β Beautiful new building! Lovely rooms with plenty of personal touches that were convenient and appreciated. Shower was amazing. Everything was very clean. Friendly staff were welcoming from the moment we stepped inside, to beyond check-out. Nice common area with couches and large table for boardgames or laptop station. Fun boardgame selection. Really enjoyed our stay here. One of the best!
