★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We eat here often because the food is fresh and there is a good variety of options either pre made or freshly made to order, the coffee is also great. The staff are always lovely, friendly and efficient!. This is a good value place to eat and catch up with friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my mum the other day. She got a quiche from the cabinet which tasted like it had been sitting there for a few days and made her feel a bit sick afterwards. I got toasted bagels with cream cheese and jam. The cream cheese came with mold and clearly smelling sour. It seriously put me off. If I could smell it was bad in a small container could they not see in the kitchen?? They're clearly not checking their product quality. Their cutlery is also kept in unclean containers and are not washed properly. Some still have food dried on them. I had to dig through just to find a couple of clean ones and still wipe it clean. I was just super uncomfortable and really put off by the lack of hygiene practice in the store and of stale and bad food. Used to be a nice place but has seriously been left to go bad. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered refreshments for our staff morning tea. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Amy was very lovely to deal with and even gave us an unexpected discount! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was bitter. Savoury tart was dry and old. Tasted like it was left in the warming cabinet on display for the whole day. Pity the isn't a Coffee Club there. Much better food, service, and coffee. Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pains me so to do this because their food has always been great. Hadn't been there for quite a while. . Maybe under new ownership? Different people. Normally the place is buzzing - mates also say its dead most of the time. Eggs bene was TOO TERRIBLE - hollandaise sauce was terrible and too much of it - I wont be going back. Should have gone to Coffee Club

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of Pakuranga Mall this is a fairly large cafe with an excellent assortment of food, from savouries, rolls to an ordered hot cooked lunch. Staff are great and very helpful. definitely worth a stop by for lunch, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
