★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been going to this place for years my whole family are loyal to one and only butter chicken in auckland . Everyone elses food courts are disgusting but pakuranga is the best hands down. Bestest butter chicken and hand made fresh Naan bread in your face all around!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's about average. It's not bad but it's not good. Very mild seasoned bordering on bland. Served by a man who I could not understand . Naan bread was tasteless and almost flat. Would I go back again? No. Will I recommend this place ? No sadly not. With a bit more care and attention the food could be nice. Why go into business if you can't be bothered making a effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an excellent place to buy food. I bought 2 chicken korma and 1 butter chicken both made me want more and more. Delicious food, fresh naan and cheaper than other places that I've eaten. The staff their is fair and very well trained. If your good to them there good to you. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Must go. Delicious food and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soft and fluffy naan, tender chicken, good value with generous serving size. However flavour was a bit bland - butter chicken was too sweet with otherwise no flavour. Might try the other curries next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That guy on 15th Dec 2020 with white cap I think and bluetooth in his ear, looking like a uber driver, needs to be taught about smiling and friendly service when a customer is ordering and not giving a grumpy "go away I don't wanna serve you" kind a look. You never smiled once. Wrongly placed at lunch time I think. All customers are important. I thought he was the manager but don't know. Please at least wash your hands or wear gloves next time you touch that dough for naan bread. I felt bit sick after that. Don't feel like coming back as I enjoyed eating there a week before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE PLEASE be careful when ordering here. My partner ordered Naan bread here and as soon as the guy finished counting out and putting money into the till he went straight to make the Naan bread. No hand washing after handling all the cash for the till! This is absolutely NOT acceptable. Don't recommend this place to anyone. If this is done in front of the customer, what the hell is done out the back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys need to learn good hygiene and better their customer service . This place was the best place for curries especially the butter chicken but over the past few years the quality is really bad. Either really watery or the meat is really dry and burnt tasting. Would recommend the Asian food in the food court or sushi.
