★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work they do is amazing. Perfect nails. However they are not ready by 9.00 am for customers. They are still clearing towels and prepping for the day and customers are made to wait even when you have made an appointment for 9.00am. I keep going because they do a great job of nails but they need to be ready by 9.00am and provide a more friendly welcoming service at 9.00am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the bayfair Hollywood Nail Saloon I wouldn't recommend it the quality and more particularly the service was poor. When speaking to the manager she didn't offer any sort of solution to my concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got French gels and The man that did them rushed, he didn't check if the nails had cured properly and ended up smudging one and didn't fix it. The whites were uneven and messy. I told them I wasn't happy with them and I was in a rush to go and they didn't want to do anything they didn't give me a refund or voucher they just told me I don't see anything wrong and so I basically had to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with the people yesterday to get my nails done and they said i can come whenever. So I came the following day without a reservation and they started telling me i should have reserved regardless!!! Super unprofessional and downright rude! Never coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a shambles from the minute we turned up, had booked and phoned again to confirm only to find no booking. Then it took 2 hours to do my acrylics with colour tips. I had a number of people doing them rushing in between people. The nails jus look awful, 1st ever for me getting acrylics and so disappointed! The tips are so uneven, and badly hand painted, they even charged me more for the tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get acrylics with Gel polish. One came off within 2 days, I went in to ask for a refund and the staff were so rude about it telling me its my fault. I've had acrylics before and they've never come off without me trying to. Was a huge waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a manicure and gel polish. Polish was chipping within 3 days of service. Very low standard, cleanliness of salon questionable also. Would strongly recommend avoiding this nail salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous. I took in a photo of what I'd like and and they were very accommodating. Yes they were ultra busy (Easter Monday, Wet and school hols to boot) however it was so worth the wait. Definitely love my nails and will be back.
