★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a lash lift and tint. My lashes are now permanently (till they fall out) all in different directions... including the bottom lashes. They poked my eyes and pinched my skin, then blamed me for it. Then told me that tinting the bottom lashes isn't possible - even though I get it done every time i go. I have tried to call and speak to management but they never call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, no acknowledgement for customer who make an appointment. Staff sees customer at the counter, continues to ignore them and chats away in their Indian language. Staff don't know how to smile. But they're cheaper than other places. I guess, you get what you pay for. Allure recommends to make an appointment but they fail to work the talk. Hopeless!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just had the most disappointing experience here. I had a wax booked at 9:30 this morning - advertised when booked as $40. when I arrived another customer was still waiting for here 9:15 appointment. I should mention that I was never asked for my vaccine pass at any point. The only lady in the business came out and suggested that the other customer came back another time, which she couldn’t do, and thus my appointment was then further delayed until about 10. Finally I had it done. This was very unprofessional, no real prep done, simply wax slapped on. When I mentioned the wax was too hot, instead of turning the machine down, she proceeded to blow on the wax - meaning her mask was worn below her chin. The wax was completed very quickly and ALOT of hair was left, which, would/should usually be tweezed. I mentioned this and she told me that they couldn’t be done as they where too short, however I have gone home and EASILY tweezed them. Finally, dissatisfied already, I went to pay, and she told me that it was actually going to be $60 because she l did my behind, which is supposedly an extra charge, despite me booking a Brazilian wax - which is supposed to remove everything. When questioned she told me I should have stopped her from performing the “extra service” even though the position she put me in, where I could not see what she was doing, is completely normal for all the Brazilians I have had before and I was expecting it. The fact that this was an “extra service” was also never mentioned until payment. All in all I am VERY disappointment and do not recommend this place at all. I would like to be contacted about this experience and expect something to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of time, i got serviced by same girl and i was happy to choose allure but last time, i had worst experience. I got waxed my arms and underarms. She applied wax multiple times and just removed so roughly. I seriously got permanently marks on my arms. I thought marks will gone with the time but it still on. That’s why I’m giving my review today. One of my friend, she had same experience too. sorry but Never will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Henna brows were great but I got a set of classic lashes and they were placed too close to my eyelid to the point I could feel them piercing my skin when I blinked. They also fell off within a week of getting them despite good after care practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever getting an eyelash lift and tint - best $65 i have ever spent! I cant believe the results once i opened my eyes and was given a mirror…. Thanks so much Sweta…..!!! You did an AMAZING job!!!
Sweta managed to fit me in today as a walk-in and that was much appreciated - wonderful experience, from start to finish - she talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I felt comfortable
My work colleague had her lashes done here and I had to give it a go myself - im so happy I made the decision to get it done here!
A very happy customer here and I will be back for future sessions !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eyebrows done today by what seemed to be an extremely inexperienced young girl. She took probably 4mm off each of my eyebrows without consulting me leaving me with such a large gap between my eyebrows. I am so devastated, she didn’t ask me what I wanted and went straight in with tweezers. I had no idea what she was doing. Honestly cannot believe I look like this now. You are meant to walk out of a beauty place feeling amazing but I am literally so embarrassed by my eyebrows I had to spend $70 on makeup product to try and make them look decent for work. So upset, hope you look at getting more experienced staff, you ladies in there usually do an amazing job.
