β β β β β I asked about their pedicure and what the procedure was, making sure to emphasize that my main goal was to get the dead skin off my heels. The lady told me they take off all the dead skin and had me pay before I had my pedicure.
The pedicure was 40$ and consisted of a foot bath and massage. My nails were cut and painted and I was told to wait 15minutes for the polish to dry .. I waited half an hour as I didn't think my treatment was over, nobody came up to me and I had to find staff to ask if I was finished . Once they said I was finished I showed them all the dead skin on the bottom of my feet.. i was then told they aren't aloud to remove the dead skin which is the only thing I wanted from my pedicure!! The staff weren't welcoming and didn't say bye either.
I then went around to the second nail bar in Bayfair (Hollywood Nails) to see what their pedicure consisted of . The lady was very kind and informative and told me she would ofcourse remove all the dead skin.
And to top my experience with "Professional Nails" off my nail varnish smudged!!!
I will be going to Hollywood Nails from now on.

β β β β β Really great relaxing experience. I like my toenails to be very short and rightly, they were scared to take it too short incase they hurt me. Lovely girls working there, always smiling. Nice experience and I always enjoy my pampering experience there.

β β β β β Always nice to share Mother/Daughter time at the nail bar. Busy time on Saturdays but we were able to book in for an hours time and sat next to each other. We were well pleased with the results too.

β β β β β I just had my nails done by Snow at Professionails Bayfair. She did a fantastic job with my acrylic back fill shellac nails. She spent the time to ensure my nails are even and not chunky - which often happens with acrylics! Thank you Snow!
