★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Subaru exiga from these con men a couple weeks ago. They told me the engine light was on from the battery being unplugged for import. They cleared the codes so they could lie the car was in good condition for the WOF. The engine lights came back on day after I purchased it. They told me they couldn't refund me for the car unless I went through corporate. Corporate stated they would fix the car no charge. I took the car to a local reputable mechanic and they repaired the car on 2cheaps bill. The next day the engine lights returned and the car started stalling when idle. They have now gone no contact and I am trying to get a refund for the junk car they sold me. DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Honda Crossroads 4 months ago. I was a satisfied client when I bought my first car in Tauranga so I came back to their branch in Hamilton.
Few days after, I realised my left headlight was not working. Almost a month to and fro with claims and got myself a new set of headlights. Good!
Three to four months after I notice that my car slides on the road when I drive while raining, then suddenly my steering wheel is off center. I thought it just needed a wheel alignment. Brought it to a shop for wheel alignment but came out it needed more than just that, something was broken, tires are down to canvas and was advised car is not drivable until repairs are made. I have filed for claims and don't know how long it's gonna take for repairs and if they would even cover a courtesy car since it will be brought to a shop for repairs.
I am eagerly awaiting for feedback. Will update my review once sorted. Best scenario would be if they give me a replacement car because this car they give me is (sorry to say) sh*t!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, Excellent customer service by Branch manager Noel and his wonderful sales consultant Yaosheng. Many quality cars in the yard to choose from. I just purchased a hybrid vehicle last week and I am very happy overall. Their new location at 418 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton is very spacious with lots of parking and easy access to yard.
