★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and very unprofessional behaviour, Mr Aaron need to work on how to handle the sales pitch and politeness. Probably also need to have bit more curtesy to walk to the customer rather than asking them to walk to him. Branch manager called , good to know their team care about customers, leaving moderate customer experience review rather than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promise the world but unfortunately don't deliver. Bought a 2018 car, booked it in to have a tow bar fitted for our bikes. Took it in and phoned at the end of the day only to find the wrong parts came. Another day walking to work etc. They did not contact us the next day when it was done so more time off work to go and pick it up. No apologies! Our understanding is that they are able to fit a factory towbar the reversing camera would be deactivated with the bikes on. We clearly stated we wanted to transport bikes. This did not work and their comment was they don't know if it is achievable. Would have been good if they told us this before we spent $1200 on a towbar and time off work! Other brands have told us it is possible.
