★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few months of Alexander Technique lessons I’m impressed at how much more comfortable my body is. It is now obvious to me how much my usual ways of sitting, standing and moving have led to soreness and stiffness, and the lessons show how to change these patterns. Everyday activities, such as climbing stairs, working at the computer and gardening, seem much easier – sometimes almost effortless. The sessions are very enjoyable as Suryagita uses gentle manipulation to release muscles and guided movement to create better posture and ways of moving. She is a very supportive and responsive teacher who works with you on whatever is important to you on the day. I wish I’d found her and the Alexander Technique years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to see Giulia 3 weeks ago after months of increasing neck and back pain. After three sessions I am feeling no pain and having better sleep. I highly recommend this treatment. Giulia is very thorough and also knowledgable with complimentary treatments and exercises for prevention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best support for my two major operations, the doctors were surprised how quickly I healed and was up and moving around. Melanie is fantastic at working away at those issues that I had previously been told elsewhere I can't improve. I don't have to accept the little niggles of pain in my joints, muscles and back, I explained them away as 'getting older' but Melanie was able to find and treat the source of the pain and my movement is better than I ever thought it could be.
Excellent for my concussion recovery too and the use of hyperbaric chamber got a big tick from the Concussion Clinic they could see a big improvement in my symptoms from using it.

I have recently started seeing Giulia who has been fantastic. She is
warm and engaging.
Over a few short months, my back and shoulders have shown great improvement. She has provided me with exercises to follow at home.

I have been going to this place for some time, and I have seen different osteopaths (for availabilities, or last minute emergencies). I was happy with every one of them, however I do try to stick to my usual osteopath Sebastian. We works wonders. His approach is very comprehensive yet so gentle..
The receptionists Cathy & Lisa are lovely and caring.
