β β β β β Never had such a painful blood draw and i've had dozens before. Rushed and not careful enough with the needle. Still sore 12 hours later. Cant fault their efficiency though

β β β β β Had a great experience here! The grab your number and scan system is so efficient. I'm not great with blood tests but the gentleman I had taking my blood made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Thanks team!

β β β β β Today I had my first visit to this Labtests clinic. It was my first blood test in NZ after many years. I hate having blood tests after a bad experience many years ago. Nobody was on reception when I arrived, but there were clear instructions about picking a number and scanning it to the connected computer (for a waiting time). There were a maximum of four blood takers on (with one that must have come back in from lunch while I was waiting). Quite a few people waiting (eight people before me), but they worked very quickly. I was called by the lovely Filipino male. He was the best! Very quick, professional and a great sense of humour. I could hardly feel the needle going in and he didn't fuss about at all. Just in, collected what he needed and straight out again. Plaster on and ready to go! I asked him if he was Filipino, which he confirmed he was. I think he was "guapo" too!!! Thank you for your wonderful service today and keep up the good work. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes?
