Our house is fully insulated, double glazed, I never dried wet clothes inside, we have a fan in our bathroon and kitchen taking the moisture outside, but when we had a frost, we had very wet running windows. Since installing our HRV we have had no more condensation issues. Well worth the investment for our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, loving the system already and have noticed a declined use in asthma inhalers. My home is a lot drier and warmer. Less energy is being used to heat the house. All this noticed within the two weeks of installation. Still learning about the system but looking forward to more benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my HRV filter needed replacing. Phoned HRV . they couriered the filters which arrived very quickly. I replaced the filters as my job involved cleaning and replacing filters. The filter light on the panel needed resetting.
Tried to do on the phone. As I had an updated unit due to a fire it was arranged for a serviceman to pop in when he was in town.
Covid struck. HRV contacted me and will arrange another visit when we are free of lockdown in Oamaru. very happy with the service and the ease of replacing the filter.
17 may 2022. update. HRV technician was able to reset the unit.
very knowledgeable.was charged for the callout but HRV reversed my payment,
very happy with the service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HRV people were prompt, efficient and quickly identified the problem. They arranged an electrician to come round and install a new controller. The quote was accurate and both people who called were friendly and efficient. I would recommend HRV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HRV were the only company out of 6 who were willing to quote and install the system/s we required. It was a tricky installation due to our house layout, which put many other companies off trying to tackle, however HRV were open and up front about how it would be a difficult job for them and at times it was even a little experimental until they had everything working perfectly. We are very happy with the results and now have a beautifully heated home that can also cool on those hot summer days! Totally recommend them for ducted Heatpump systems (underfloor and in the ceiling) we got it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t realise HRV Southland also provided heating & cooling solutions. I was chatting with a friend who recommended them, I was wanting an old wall unit heat pump replaced. They suggested an underfloor vented system, it was a bit more expensive but I’m so grateful I went with it. It’s silent immediate warmth and cooling is an instant relief, it’s a surprisingly comfortable wraparound experience that the cat is also loving. The whole team was very friendly & accommodating & the admin were excellent with communication at all points of the project. I can recommend them & if you’re contemplating a floor vented system, just do it!
