★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my heat pump serviced yesterday and was very impressed with the whole service - from talking to receptionist on the phone through to end of service. Very efficient and thorough job. Booked a service on Thursday and service was done the next day. Arrived on time, very polite, showed me how to clean filters, can’t fault Whangarei branch. Thoroughly recommend them.

My solar and air-con units work brilliantly and look attractive to boot. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have solar panels or heat pumps installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys helped us out when we brought our baby home on 24/7 oxygen and he couldn't be in the lounge due to our only heat source being a fireplace (have to be 5m away from fire, and we have a small lounge). They booked us in for a heat pump install when they had a cancellation. They respond quickly to requests, and let us know when it needs a service so I don't have to try to remember. Communication and service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a Daekin heat pump installed. Really happy with the product, and both the pre-sales and installation team were great. Installers arrived on time, were really friendly and helpful, made short work of the job, and left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived.

However when there Quote arrived my eyes popped out of their sockets.
They immediately just knocked off $500!!!
I got my Daikin Cora unit elsewhere in town and $750 less than Hubands first quote!!
