From a little Canadian shop trying to make a name for itself back in the 1980s to what you see today, Muffin Break New Zealand over the last 20+ years has been passionately doing what it does best – giving people a place to enjoy fresh coffee, delicious food and great service with friends.
Muffin Break New Zealand began in 1994 with our first cafe in Auckland. It was here where it refined its range to include a local twist.
Since then Muffin Break New Zealand’s famous award-winning signature blend coffee, and freshly baked and prepared range can now be found right across New Zealand.
Our overseas footprint continues to grow in Australia and the United Kingdom, taking our total store count over 300 internationally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! Ordered 7 hot drinks - didn't specify the size as most cafes either ask you for a size or the default is regular size. However, this muffin break put them all through as large - they came out massive and the bill was also massive. I thought it was really cheeky of them not to ask so just be careful if you do decide to go there. We were regular customers too - not anymore after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disapointed i didnt get the coffee strength I requested and the lady who I presumed the owner / Indian by ethnicity tried to tell me I SHOULD order full strength Coffee. Very rude PR manners. You should get what you request and not what they think you should get. Whos is the customer here? Me or them.
