★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advertise a lower price on the poster placed on main display window, then charge a higher price at time of order. When I confronted staff they claim it was a old poster with old pricing. Apparently they think it’s ok to have two different pricing and made no apologies. What a rip off, not going again thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to other Hulucat but this one never turn on the their AC in the freaking hot summer! Everytime waiting on the order I was completely running with sweat, and they did not care about the customers! I wonder why they want to save this money?(I’ve ordered a passion fruit green tea but they give me passion fruit slushy with a wrong label!) WORST Hulucat ever and will not go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on the Hulucat App during Leve 3 for pick up 45 mins later. Paid online with credit card and pretty user friendly. When I arrived, the drinks were not yet ready and was asked to wait outside. Drinks were good and was correct. Would be good if the drinks were made and ready on time though. Anyways, at least they are open
