★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day walk today from Lake Okataina return. Very picturesque! Not a hard walk with a few spots to stop by the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasps still a problem when the sun comes out. Toilet is pretty brutal. Cant complain too much about free though. Couple of local possums that look pretty fat. Need to make sure food and rubbish secure. Had a tree come crashing down behind us over night which was a wake up call.
