★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them look at an aerial issue which they looked at but couldn’t pull a new cable. I asked them to look at replacing the aerial and also a rigging check. The office lady completed a job sheet. This was February and still no contract from them. Ended up using Ropetech in Nelson who were fantastic and resolved everything effortlessly, with great customer service. Suggest if you are in the Marlborough area to take a trip to Nelson and bypass Hurricane Rigging.
