★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Apple XS problem has a dying battery and port connection problem. The Fonebitz store on Willis Street quoted $150 for a OEM battery and $30 for cleaning. I paid $30 for cleaning and the port charging worked better but not perfect with what they say is a chemical clean which takes minutes. I went to a licenced apple ( Obee) provider around the corner who said the port was still dirty so they used air pressure and cleaned it for free.now it works every time. Their genuine apple replacement is $145 so I decided to go with them. I went back to Fonebitz and asked for a 50% refund because it was not done properly. They refused. I suggest you don’t ever use Fonebitz as they are not trustworthy or reputable. Go around the corner to Obee and get reliable service with Apple parts. Paul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service at Fonebitz Willis st. Wellington recently. The staff were so incredibly helpful and most of all patient with a techno phobic dinosaur such as myself. I was most impressed that I wasn’t charged for the time ( seemed like hours) they spent on me, only charging me for the phone I purchased from them. I will definitely go back there and recommend the place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially popped in to the Willis St store to get some advice regarding a tablet I though was dead. Was advised that the battery just needed to be replaced and was given a quote.
Accepted quote, dropped tablet in for repair and had back within a week.
Always worth asking if anything can be done. Tablet was headed for landfill so I'm super happy.
Great communication, friendly service.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away by our experience at Fonebitz Ltd. Friendly staff who fitted us in and fixed my son's phone immediately at a busy time. They did a brilliant job and even showed me photos of previous bad repairs by another company to the phone. They fixed those repairs as well and were very kind to my son on top of everything. I really thought we were going to have to spend three times as much on a new phone so I am so very happy with their work fixing the i phone xr. Will be going back there. Great people and skilled, trustworthy repairers.
