★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication, I phoned Hydroattack firstly to check I could purchase a gift card at the discounted price to use a month later-when it came time to book the cost was a further $10, and no option to prebook the USB photos at the discounted price. I emailed the company to contact me to no avail. Again when the email reminder was sent I phoned 2 hrs prior to booking to check any last minute weather info as requested, left a message to return my call -still no reply. Overall a very disappointing customer service, whilst my child enjoyed his trip, as a company the admin team have really let the rest of the team down and the website does not reflect what info I was given personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see why this place has 4.9 stars! What an experience. From the moment we arrived to well after we left it was smiles all around. The people at the counter are lovely, the drive was chilled out and laid back and it seemed like he was having as much fun as I was! The 15min trip seemed really long, it’s broken up into 5 min sessions and you set the pace of how wild you want the ride. This should be on everyone’s list it’s an incredible and unique experience. 10 out of 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit nervous at first and when I first sat down felt a bit claustrophobic but my driver was great at explaining things and once we got going I wasn’t nervous at all. Just the right amount of thrills and time to enjoy the beautiful scenery for me. Will be recommending to everyone visiting Queenstown, thank you so much.

The whole booking was seamless and the team where excellent. They looked after my 2 boys amazingly well. Thanks Hydro Attack team. A ride they won't forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our sons on the 14th Jan, for our booked 10am slot. The check in guy was very fun and interactive with our boys, made them comfortable (especially for our eldest that suffers from anxiety) The 2 pilots were just as awesome. Took them on such a cool ride, got lots of pics and we as parents watched in jealousy lol.
If we can recommend any activity In queenstown, this is a must! Highly recommend it to everyone.
