★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have arrived right on time for a group of 17 people as the boat already left before we have arrived, the lady on the counter very rude not professional, she is asking for full price to pay again in order to go on the boat that is rip off I do not recommend RealNZ Queenstown Jet I have complained to Bookme and they will refund my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went on Tuesday morning and had a great time! Our driver was great and made the experience so fun. The lady at the kiosk was also super nice and even gave us some advice on cruises the next day. A jet boat ride is definitely a must do in Queenstown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris, our operator was such a good bloke and super informative along the way! Our initial booking at 11am was postponed due to heavy rain and Chris knew by 12-1pm the rain would settle so told us to come back then. Sure enough, an hour later and the day was stunning. Have now been on all jet providers in Queenstown and all have been 5 stars. Maybe the ONLY improvement would be the little bolts on the back of the seats (metal) could use some covering or protection as my knees kept scraping it every time we did a spin! Otherwise, awesome experience. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group had the absolute best time rafting! Morgan was a great guide and provided great chat as well as making us feel super safe. We got to jump in the river for multiple swims and going over the rapids was a blast! Highly recommend this fun activity when visiting Queenstown!

What a great guy he was, informative & friendly guide. “-5”star ( if google allows to do so)for the lady with the spec’s on the counter… ruin my day.. ruff customer service, she will just treat you as you are not buying tickets but she is favouring you. Never seen such rude girl before on any customer service desk during our whole Queenstown Trip.
