Rental.co cost me loads of money, the tenant liked me before they took over, they did not listen to me, inspection reports incomplete, many serious maintenance and safety concerns were ignored or not communicated and expected me to pay repair bills without checking that the work was complete.
In spite of their objections I’m very glad I visited and took the house off them.
Im still in the process of deciding if I should take them to disputes tribunal.
Word of warning, do not ask questions or expect this company to have your best interests at heart.
I found them rude and disrespectful.
I bet Bronwyn or Ashley will respond to this review in an aggressive manner, but that’s not new behaviour.
Do yourself a favour and find another company.
