β β β β β I wasnβt expected the taste but it not the same like other restaurants as I went to so many restaurants in Auckland. Pricely and my Oder is horrible with the fully oils ramen and bit of mince. Better to eat the instant noodle rather.

β β β β β I went tonight at 9.30pm I had one of the nicest katsu curry I've ever had.
So tasty, and the girl at reception was so helpful when I took a while to order.
Will come back again

β β β β β Staff member is very rude, no greeting to start with, I understand the fact that they require to see vaccine pass upon entry but staff just delivers to me the tone of "stop looking at menu, if you don't show me the pass you can't see the menu" I was very upset at this point but decided not to say to her thinking that she might be having a bad day. Staff probably thought I was being rude (possibly because of my face expression) and then decided not to say a single word while I am ordering and asking if I can sit outside. This Staff didn't even say a word while delivering the food ! - just drops it on the table like she is feeding the dog and walk away. I been a regular customer of this restaurant for at least 6 years and noticed that their foot traffic was decreasing and this would be one of the reason why they are losing customers. Hey team, I drove all the way here to get your reaturant's food and just letting you know there are plenty of Japanese restaurants out there who will serve customer better to feel like they are getting deserved what they paid for, Absolutely disgusted by the staff.

β β β β β If you wanna get a concussion while eating, come here for lunch/ dinner. There will also be Japanese employees laughing after you got hurt. What a kind HUMAN BEING! It has been reported to the relevant department but there is no feedback from the government. It happened in May. I was eating here and was smashed into a concussion by a falling wooden block. I didn't receive any apologies. Then I should at least expose your "hospitality" to the public. You really discredit the Japanese!

β β β β β Pretty yummy. Good lunch offer of $14 (choice of 6 dishes I think) and cooked by Japanese owners/chefs.

β β β β β First time to come here. A tiny Japanese cuisine restaurant. Food tastes good but price is a bit high. Next time will try the ramen.

β β β β β This has always been my favorite ramen shop, but now it has not satisfied customers. Not only are the portions smaller, but so are the side dishes. Instead of meat and eggs, ramen noodles are filled with bean sprouts. The fried dumplings don't taste very good either. I went to this store four years ago until I moved to the North Shore in 2021. Today's meal is not satisfactory, staff without service need to pay the bill first, ice water also need to self-help. I've never seen a Japanese restaurant like this before. It's really disappointing.
