Quite handy place, though finding parking can be challenging, however you just need less than 2 min as your ready application in sealed envelope should be ready to drop in the box.
Take right from roundabout and park the car as soon as you get the spot. My suggestion best to come after 3:00 before 5:00 you should be able to get parking otherwise come with someone or by bus.
At ground floor of the Laidlaw house where Auckland Edinburg college and other offices are also located, it’s a spot where Dropbox is located to put your application.
Please keep everything ready in envelope before you come here as you will not be able to find help here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient, it’s mentioned that the box is cleared daily on each weekday, which is excellent if it really happens. The box is easy to find.
make sure you scan the Covid QR code on the main door but I’m not sure how the tracing happens with local people touching the entrance door handle.
Other than that, it’s a great service and I personally prefer to drop off documents myself to avoid any delay by courier.
