★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve even 1 star, if I could I will rate them zero stars! I've bought their Sapphire water filter through Albany Mitre 10 and when installing it 1 part was leaking water. Went to Mitre 10 as it's under 2 year warranty to get a new part but I've seen waiting for nearly 2 weeks for someone to call me and nothing !!! No one is contacting me! They only good for taking your money but when things gone wrong they are nowhere to be heard or seen! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! POOR QUALITY WATER FILTERS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL!
