โ โ โ โ โ There's this whole exchange with new lynn noel leeming being shitbags. Would rather waste customers' time and efforts than deal with the problem at hand. Redirected us to newmarket, but newmarket wasn't much better either. Manager kept thinking I was just coming in with lies. Thought I lied about closing time at New lynn being 9:00pm, suggesting I was lying about me going to New Lynn and being redirection to Newmarket??? Friday night. Both malls are open until 9. Colleague of his checked and it was 9. But he wouldn't believe it until he checked himself. Then once the new lynn manager responded by completely lying about the information told to me, which was that I could switch the tech even though it's open (i double checked with them twice) but I just had to do it at newmarket. He said that he never said that. And the newmarket guy just took it as evidence. Like excuse me? Your new lynn friend isn't even picking up the phone. Completely ignoring you on fb. No calls to the store go through. Yes sure...

Brought an item, got told it was at another store so paid and drove to the other side of the city to collect and they didn't even have any stock. Was unable to tell me when stock was coming. So just brought a new phone that may take weeks to arrive!! Not impressed!!

โ โ โ โ โ Bought some beats air pods that were faulty mic didnโt work, took them back 15/16 days after purchase and they need to get approval from the supplier to exchange for exactly the same pair. Been 2 weeks now still waiting for approvalโฆโฆ.

โ โ โ โ โ Dont buy anything from Noel Leeming. There are many retailers actually care to provide quality back up service for their customers. Go to PB Tech. They are great. I had a very disturbing experience with these people.

Only got there twenty minutes before closing.The young male assistant was very polite and helpful.
He found the item I needed.
The product I wanted had been very evasive to find.
Thought I may need to go online.

โ โ โ โ โ I love to wander through shops like noelleeming, and this branch in particular is well stocked with all the latest merchandise.I understand Salesman are employed to sell but I'm one of those customers who is easily put off by pushy people, and this store has a lot of those. I do a lot of research on any item i intend to purchase, it's possible i know more about the item than the one trying their best to sell.I just leave and that is not a poor reflection on the store itself it's an excellent store, I just don't like to feel I'm their prey.
