Thorough and afordable and always making me feel so welcome !! she will not leave me on my own for several amounts of time which I have experienced in other salons, makes me laugh and always a good chat when I come in, my nails come out perfect, they last for about a month and a half if well taken care of, she does an exceptional thorough job, which is all you want is to leave with gorgeous nails to perfection ??? thank you kelly and Lek !! Definitely my go to gals !! ??♀️ See you soon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service with flairs ! Glue is all clumped up and so stiff you can't even brush it or wash it often like what you normally do with lashes . The lady who did my lashes was unprofessional , and please if you see this inail & beauty. Your service isn't good at all if your not professional then I suppose you should stop with lashes. It is ruining people's natural healthy lashes , AGAIN, if you see this please don't say I'm lying blah blah blah it's not good n I'm unsatisfied .

1. Her booked customer was late for her appointment, so she made me pay for my lashes first hand before proceeding. Then we went to the back and I was already laying down and she cleaned my eyes and lashes then her customer arrived late and she told me to get up and wait for her to tend to her other customer first. She then told me to come back at 4.30pm. I came back at 4.33pm to be exact, and she starting to drill and clean new customers nails and didn't even greet or atleast LOOK at us when we entered. She just yelled at us to take a seat without apologizing that she had to push back my appointment a second time.
2. I asked for a refund and once I was walking out, I overheard her telling her current customer "more time for us" how rude of you!. I then went to Virgo nails and Beauty instead which is a new nail place on basin view Road. They are more friendly and perfect customer service worth the money .
