★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice, and both times the pedicure with gel was bad. The lady peeled off my existing gel with the cuticle cutter instead of removing it with a nail polish remover and foils, she damaged my nails badly. She didn't cut the cuticles that good, cut my nails on angle, and the nail polished wasn't applied very evenly. She rinsed the foot spa just with little bit of hand soap and water, didn't use disinfectant or any other product that will prevent bacteria spreading to the next person. I'm not going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like my experience :( The lady who did my nail gel accidentally cut my skin with those grinder or something. But not only that, she was rushing and didn't do it properly. The sides of my nails were left bare. And the manicure is uneven. Please don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite nail place although my fav lady was doing someone else i still got a great mani & pedicure and no matter how busy they are they dont turn anyone away their quick friendly service is another reason which makes the drive from Waitakere worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think of going to this place. My wife visited this place and she absolutely didn't like her experience., it was disgusting service. The person served was rude, smelling, face mask was on her chin. By looking at what they have done, they have no basic training of nail work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always get my eyebrows wax here now as well as my pedicure, never fail to disappoint in making my eyebrows tidy? Pretty close to where I live too so supporting local! One time I wanted an eyebrow tint but said it won't benefit me; I really appreciated this for it shows they look after their customer's best interest and not just earning money. Will definitely be back again!
