But different staff again but still friendly service
The medium truck with lift on back was a pain with no controls when up in truck had to keep jumping down to let lift back down
Health and safety guys no good on that truck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a truck for my move a while back. Everything was sorted but the day of move I receive a call saying the truck got some problems. They didn't have any other truck to offer me. Unfortunately I was already on my way to pickup the truck and disappointed. Went to airport oaks and booked another one which delayed everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever had. Paid hundreds in bond and was not covered for stone chip in window. When asked why I wasn’t they said “well you try paying the premiums for insurance” when I’d just paid $500 to hire truck. So had to pay to replace a $400 windscreen on top of $500 truck hire. Then they took payment off my credit card without allowing me to come into store. Then called back three weeks later and said I hadn’t paid it. So they called my partner and he paid it thinking we hadn’t paid. When I tried to call them back they wouldn’t answer phone. DO NOT HIRE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Thank you team( my first review I wrote for them as I was just wanting to be nice) The owner did his best to help my mum and I try to be kind towards services as I know mistakes happen. However, I've since changed my mind as the whole process was not easy. So much miscommunication on their end. The bond took about 3 weeks to be refunded as they kept stuffing it up! So many staff dealing with my paperwork that they kept confusing themselves. One will say this and another will say something totally different or they don't say it at all until the day of!! After expressing into detail about how disappointed I was via email, I got no apology. I waited a few more days incase I got a reply but no. So here I am, letting whoever reads this know... basic rental staff was a headache to deal with!
