& Always got on to urgent jobs. But unfortunately issues that would come under 'peaceful enjoyment' were not followed through with & often ignored. Faced defensiveness and raising of voice at me up for raising this firmly toward end of the tenancy. Very unfortunate things had to end that way.

There knowledge of the ever increasing array of Property Management requirements and the challenges of changing policy is second to none and creates essential goodwill and security in the support of their landlords. In addition, their treatment and ability to relate to tenants, irrespective of the circumstances and in a continuing environment of change ensures that a landlords investment is maximized whilst providing a safe and comfortable home for the tenant. Care, empathy and consistency are words that readily spring to mind when I think of Jenna & Shintala and I would highly recommend them to any landlord needing the highest level of property management for their properties.

she managed our rental properties for a good 5 or so years until we sold them and because she was so amazing, the new owners ended up using her as their property manager after our recommendation and they to were also impressed with her. She was awesome with communicating any issues to us so that things could be rectified in a timely manner. she also made sure to keep on top of inspections. She is everything you want your property manager to be and so much more!
We continue to recommend her to friends, family and anyone we know with a property of their own.
