He was fun, quirky, honest and understanding of changing inspection times to suit my nightshift work hours. Colin eventually moved on from this company to inspire property management and not long after we followed! Within a week after discussing what I was wanting in a home, colin was showing us a property which we still currently are tenanting now. We have had the opportunity to meet the owner who is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to talk to alongside colin who has been once again fair, reliable, reasonable, understanding, fun, quirky and a real people person! We inherited Colin with the first property we purchased and we struck it lucky right from the get go. We were newbie investors and had no idea so we received a lot of advice and guidance not only with our first property but with the subsequent ones we purchased and Colin manages.
We get thorough inspection reports with photos emailed to us, financial statements and any maintenance is quickly reported and dealt with, often while he's sitting in the driveway straight after an inspection! Colin makes sure he selects the best tenants for long term stability and he has a great rapport with us and tenants. Where Colin goes, we go! Highly recommended.
