* arrived at not scheduled time
* one chap vaped the entire time on our property
* it was on our biz premises, no sign in, no masks
* had no idea how to calibrate cameras etc in 2021 vehicle , said it was all good & drove off
* found out they put a cheap Chinese after market screen in ?
* damage inside of vehicle , scratched , broken parts left ?
Now waiting for them to replace with genuine Ford product & find a staff member that actually knows how to calibrate.
Never let them near your vehicle , ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really did not anticipate getting a windscreen replaced to be such a straight forward, almost enjoyable experience. Super nice guys, competitive pricing, quick, simple and flawlessly executed. As it turns out even aside from the obvious cracks our old screen must have had a lot of super fine scratches as the new one is sooo much clearer. Maybe don't change it if it is intact but if you have a cracked window I would definitely recommend Instant Windscreens Dunedin.

Originally booked for Wednesday but my nearly 80 years old dad was worried he might miss his bowls so managed to change to an earlier day & came to the house to complete (because of course, dad wanted to take it in so could have been waiting awhile!)…Grant from the Cumberland Street, Dunedin branch arrived at 8:15am & was done & dusted by 9:30am!
Dad is chuffed & mum no longer feels unsafe sitting in the front because she kept thinking it would smash all over her!
