β β β β β The lady at the counter ,was a bit rude she said with a canβt be bothered attitude βthatβs yoursβ and then she put the trolley next to my car and she went away, I paid for this, it wasnβt for free she was looking at me like she didnβt like me at all. sometimes just a fake smile or a friendly attitude can change a whole customer experience in any sort of business. And BTW the gazebo has the price tag of $90 and on the invoice says $220 really ?

β β β β β You would expect an auction house to be professional but this one is not it chief.
They say they can help you sell but normally they only offer this service to big retailers such as Noel Leeming, Harvey Norman and PBTech damaged products through shipping with no warranty.
They won't accept thousands of imported vintage items to be auctioned with them (their loss considering their commission), instead of replying professionally to emails they choose to 'ghost' you.
Would recommend staying away from this auction house.
