★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff polite and helpful, however overall experience of the food was dissapointing.
The chicken burger left us just as it looked flat and dry Chicken looked more out of a box, rather than fresh coated, cheese processed presliced like rubber. The only thing dripping was the sauce. Have had better and at better value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here on a Saturday, bar was quiet. Initial service was quick and efficient, though the waiter didn't talk much, wasn't very enthusiastic. Food and drinks came quickly, but waiter just dropped each plate, drink on the table, was politely thanked, but silence from him. We weren't checked on at all during meal, even though drinks were long empty, and when he finally came to clear plates, there was no offer of menus for desserts. We got up to get our own, and eventually approached barman to ask if we could order desserts. Overall Ironhorse served great food, good atmosphere, drink selection but was let down by a waiter that clearly didn't want to be there, or perhaps lacked the maturity to interact with adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so disappointed and shocked at the food. It was tasteless or drowning in mayo or oil. My husband's burger was raw in the middle. Neither of us could finish our meals. Honestly, the only nice item were the chips. We both remarked that the food left aweful after tastes. We've been telling family and friends not to go back. Unfortunately, this was not a memorable experience for good reasons. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a sunday for a christmas work function lunch, the service was lovely, massive portions. absolutely loved the calamari !! completely demolished the eggs benedict before i could even take a photo. the server was really nice and catering to us as a large group. she checked up on us all the time to make sure everything was good and cleaned up promptly. Would come back here again. Atmosphere was lovely with different areas for different types of sit down meals. Thank you for having us !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You only get 4 small pieces now if you get the spare ribs - used to be a decent amount back when it was Gasworks (and there was an option for getting a rack too). I guess that's changing times for you.
Food was tasty enough, but the cheeseburger was a bit underwhelming especially for the price. Nice they've kept the kids meal special with drink and sundae included.
Service was good. Didn't wait too long for food (was mid week). Waiter was friendly and attentive - great stuff, thanks.
