★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost experience and very poor customer service. Charged me a fine of $200 after two days of return the car while confirming that i don't need to clean the car initially when i returned the car. Manager is very rude (mate) and the Owner is not helpful at all. Wouldnt even talk to me on the phone. Vehicles are old and not serviced regularly. Best to pay bit extra and go to other better rental companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't waste your time with this company. The service is below average, vehicles aren't maintained, and the company itself is unreliable. Booked a truck well in advance had paid and got confirmation, turned up and they didn't even have the truck. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back or recommending this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from them. They full of excuses for their bad service. They took out money from my credit card. Without my consent. They kept insisting to fill in some form and kept giving me ultimatums to complete by certain date.Their terms andconfitions needs a makeover. Do not sign unless you complete ly understand. They lazy to contact insurance company although i probided claim numbers. They just in a hurry to take money and let you sign. Their deposit money needs to explained. I filed disputes but they gave ultimatums and insisted me signing their forms wich I refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a truck weeks in advance went to pick it up and they didn't even have the truck there that I had booked. After this bunch of incompetence the staff member said he would give me a van and a furniture trailer. He pulled the trailer out where my partner noticed the tire was completely flat. He swapped it with another trailer while we hung around for an hour watching him attempt to pump up the tyres. I had also paid for a hand trolley which they didn't even have and tried to give me one out the back with a broken axle and flat tyre (unusable). The manager ?lady was rude and wouldn't even discount for the incompetence and inconvenience. Would not recommend or waste your time with this unorganised place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have hired vans and trucks before. This time hired KIA Sorento with current SUV promotion. Good price for vehicle size. Great vehicle, was still quite new under 10,000km. Same service as always, straight forward, clear instructions on hire policies, insurance and overview of vehicle. Pick up, drop off. Simple. Thank you.
