β β β β β Quoted 26 dollars for short trip fair enough. Driver on the other hand wanted to charge $40. What's going on here. Will not recommend and use other company from now on. Very frequent traveller to several cities

β β β β β Very disappointed. Promised pick up within 20mins but took nearly an hour to show upοΌ not rush hours but a weekend afternoon. The driver was on the phone and texting all the time without using hands free. Strongly suggest you choose an other safer Taxi service.

β β β β β Pre ordered a larger vehicle to airport from Auckland hotel due to lots of luggage. Assured this wouldnβt be an issue. On day of travel no cab turned up. On speaking to staff I was told they couldnβt provide a larger car so theyβd send two standard cars for $180. Poor communication and disappointing service. Avoid them.

β β β β β Booked via Air NZ in advance for my arrival. Waited for 10 minutes outside before calling, asking where my booking is. Driver finally arrives, clearly behind schedule and just found out about my booking. Iβm rushed because apparently thereβs another booking at the same time he needs to rush off to. Demands I pay for my fare. My fare was already paid for through my booking. Itβs late, Iβm scared and tired; I pay. Not happy with rushed and intimidating service during a very slow travel period (this was early december 2021). Tried to call customer service to report. Response I got from lady who answered: βwe canβt take complaints on the weekend (giggling)β. Never booking them again in the future.

β β β β β Due to the nature of my work, I am normally booking corporate cabs but there is one time that they did not show up and I have a flight to catch! I almost missed it and now I have a pick up at 5:50 PM and again have a flight to catch but I need to call to ask where's the driver and I just received a booking confirmation at the time of the call!
I called again after 10 mins as the driver did not arrived yet. Matthew said he doesn't know what is going on so I end up booking an Uber! The other upsetting part is this trip has been book 2 week ago. Horrible service!
Poor service! The only good thing about this is Chris Davies excellent service!

β β β β β We were going to pick up our car from the Park & Ride near to airport, we gave the address to the driver, he wasnβt happy to drive us, but had no there choice, he started to take us to another place, when I told him that he is going to wrong direction, he was too rude. Cut a long story short he drove us around and charge us more!!! Was mean with my family, we had emergency and couldnβt stay. Just paid the extra and left. Really horrible experience for me and my family. And this is his car registration LFP220. Really pure service ?

β β β β β Weddings are stressful, especially when timing isn't on your side. Corporate cabs did not disappoint. My sister mentioned that they assist with special events, and pulled through on the day with great timing and professional drivers. I've had no issues whatsoever with their excellent service and would continue to use them again in any event in future.
