β β β β β Had my car towed (totally my fault) and said Ill be there in an hour. So walked there from Cuba st. Just to find out they donβt have Eftpos and was a person down (Not my fault). Had an awfully rude lady greet me and we said we can do a bank transfer instead of walking another 20 mins there and 20 back to pay in cash. She said she already suggested that but we listened to the whole phone call and just said βIβll see what I can do for her.β Wouldnβt let me bank transfer as she thought Iβd cancel it once I leave the yard. (I donβt know how to do that). Felt discriminated and judged as if I could not possibly be able to pay the towing fee.

β β β β β No issues here. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I was able to get our vehicle from them after hours with no additional costs. I wouldn't recommend parking in a private carpark that isn't assigned to you unless you want to go and see these guys.
