β β β β β (Total towing Seaview) I talked to two ladies on the phone today (one was lovely) though the other was extremely rude towards me on the phone she was practically telling me to hurry up with viewing my car and that it had been there too long. (Four days) This is despite me calling them on the day they had told me to call them just to be denied and having to call them again the following day after they had said they would call me and hadnβt. I then had to wait half an hour for the guy to turn up to unlock the gates only to be greeted with a terrible and rude attitude. Overall staff were very unprofessional and rude. Definitely do not recommend.

β β β β β The team here were very caring, helpful and efficient. They made the process so much easier for us. From office staff to those on the floor in the warehouse to the driver uplifting and dropping off vehicles, everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend their services to those looking for a towing company. Given the circumstances of how they retrieved the car, they understood how stressful the process was and managed to calm my nerves today. Majority of the time you read negative things about these companies, Itβs refreshing to experience quite the opposite and be able to provide that positive feedback. Thank you to the team at Total Towing in Porirua ?
