★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was tasty, although we ordered the lunch platter for two, and were very underwhelmed by its size. It would have been more appropriate a meal for one adult.
The service was good, and when we arrived they did advise of longer wait times due to being very busy (which they were).

It's clear we have different values (which is absolutely okay), to me, peoples time is precious so if I knew the wait time way longer than 30 minutes for a takeaway coffee I would likely mention that when during the ordering process. While you're not a McDonalds, that's definitely one respectful idea you could take on-board if not, that's okay too.

Seated treated nicely.
Then as we went to order the waitress went off to change her device never bothered to come back, she clearly knew we were ready.. she walked past us several times... we waited a considerable length of time.
I've never walked out of a restaurant before but no way am I prepared to put up with that behavior from staff.

Food was good and served at a pleasant pace. Nice views and a good time.
