Memberships comes in monthly, quarterly, yearly, and life time at different price. They have 100+ different daily meal plans that comes in a set of cards for you to choose from, together with exercises all plan out for you. It's an easier way to lose weight, guarantee weight loss if you follow what they tell you to do. However, it takes a lot of effort to keep life this way after you're off their meals. Definitely a great place to start, if you need a bit of help.
