β β β β β The ladies are lovely, chatty when you feel like it or they are happy for you to read a book and enjoy. They are experts with French tips

β β β β β Really bad hygiene, toenails lying around and super crowded! The nails were so terrible I had to go elsewhere to get them re-done. Would give 0 stars if I could.

β β β β β In a hurry did not cut or paint the nails properly, or paint them correctly I know it was express, but poor quality and I have to redo them, definitely won't be going there again, some of their techs are good, but lucked out. This is the second time in 6 months of poor quality work, I think they are under staffed.

β β β β β I really enjoyed going to Jenny's, the technicians were friendly and efficient. I got a gel manicure with a powdered finish and love the final result. They have a great varied selection of colours and products to choose from as well.

β β β β β I have been here a few times hoping they would become better than the last time. But every time i go, i am left with expensive atrocious nails. No matter what i ask for they never seem to get it right. They charged me $90 for a SIMPLE french nail set. When on their price list, it states that my set shouldve only been $60. She is very bias to certain customers. I will not be sending any of my friends to her

β β β β β Booked with Jenny, didn't get her(?) until 45 minutes through my appointment. Prior to then, was two rounds of 15 to 20 minutes of soaking my fingernails (getting sns extensions off) by two different technicians.. each asking what I was getting done and what colours I wanted. I had to repeat myself four times total, including the lady who sat me down.
I felt like a statistic and unvalued as a customer who could potentially return (I won't as I am from out of town) β Jenny (or at least I assume it was her) came to do my sns nails finally and I felt some sense of relief.
The nails ended up being lovely so I am happy with the overall result, just felt there was a lack of rapport with me and that they potentially had over booked.

β β β β β I am a trainee nail tech. First time was great. Second time nails peeled within two weeks - see pics. Jenny blamed me saying I used hand sanitizer and wash my hand too much. She said that I should know they only guarantee nails for a week. Her or her staff never said anything She said because I'd been to her and other salons I should know that. How ridiculous!
I hadn't changed my routine so why would I now? She demanded I go between 9-5.30 or my nails would not be fixed because she had to pay staff more. I took 2 hours off work to get this sorted. If my boss asked Jenny to pay for my time she would pay a lot more! Jenny openly had an argument with me and blamed me. Then another nail technician got involved. I told her to keep her nose out of it.
I won't ever go there again. Truly, do yourself a favour and stay away. If they blame all their customers clearly they take no social responsibility.! Worst salon ever!!

β β β β β This is the first time I've ever had my nails done.
The staff were lovely, friendly and very welcoming.
I did get a little cut on one of my fingers from the drill but I loved how my nails turned out. There are so many colors and it was hard to choose. I'll definitely go back.
