★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with my SNS extensions! This was my first time trying them. I walked in off the street and only had to wait 5 minutes before Helen started my nails. She was super fast and really gentle! No cuts or scratches when buffing. Was really impressed at how pain free it was, I've only ever had acrylics before and usually leave with sore nails, but Helen was gentle and checked in with me each step of the way. I love the colours and the finish, no lumps or scratchy part. They're light and feel really nice to wear. Really happy, will definitely keep coming back. I wanted to add a photo to show how great they are but can't seem to attach it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Hellen today for SNS and gellous colour. As a walk in I was seen immediately. I’m on holidays here and found it difficult to find a good nail salon. Needless to say I am very happy with the results. Hellen is very pleasant and professional. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a terrible experience. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt up until the end thinking at least my nail result would be worth it but no and now I’m $60 out of pocket and having to redo my nails asap. Honestly, they’re so gross.
?the floor was very dirty
?not once did I see equipment coming out of a sterile packet
?they hurt me so much throughout with burning my nails and filing my skin
?the staff are extremely unprofessional, as in, they don’t know anything about technique, client service or health and safety

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give ZERO rating, I would have opted that. I went for arms waxing only for the first time. It was NOLA or LUNA (Sorry, can't clearly remember the name and yes I intentionally wrote it in caps) who started my wax. The wax was not coming out of the cartridge and the plastic part was scratching my arm. I told her that it's hurting but she kept going without even acknowledging me and kept talking to other lady in salon in her own language. Then she again pulled the wax strip so bad that I was left with a bruise at the same time. I again told her but she talked back to me RUDELY by body shaming me for having long hair and left the waxing in between in anger. The other lady took over who also didn't really know how to do waxing but she listened to me at least. I informed the manager at the end who was apologetic but didn't really take any action as such.
I have been getting waxing done in Wellington for 4 years and never had such a worst experience.
A NOTE TO THE SALON: if my rash gets worst and it needs medical attention, I will make sure that I am putting this person's name responsible for the same.
It's good to have a busy business BUT NOT AT THE COST OF HUMANITY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got eyelash extensions there was absolutely no communication as no one there speaks English.
I have not long been home and eyelashes are already falling out.
There was also a fowl smell as someone was passing wind the entire time.
It was not pleasant I would NOT recommend them.
Save your money.
