The team of technicians have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable, however the customer service team could benefit from some training. Appreciate the great service Clinton and the above and beyond premium groom on my vehicle during this last service. Thanks again, I value the great communication and keep up the great management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 4 years trying to get my new Ford focus twin clutch fixed.
Finally when I told the CEO that I was going to pursue a lawsuit as had happened in Canada and Australia, he admitted that the clutch had been defective from its introduction.
Eventually a suitable dry clutch oil seal was installed, lies and prevarication are the go to stance for both the dealership
and Ford.1/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing, went for a service for the first time as I live in Henderson, after going regularly to Grey Lynn. Very busy place, resulting in inadequate services offered and want you to book again for minor issues. No phone call to tell you about the issue, but "book again as we are very busy". Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had miscommunication few times where i was either booked on a certain date over the phone few times but nothing was booked on their system or i was booked on a wrong date even after phone call discussion. I have been waiting for 2-3 months now without my car service. I had good experience in past and i always been satisfied with their service but this year wasn’t great for me with JAFMW. Thats why 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invoice raised with correct job and rego, however someone elses personal details (name, phone, address etc). Two weeks later, after several emails, invoice still has not been corrected. Not the first time the paper work as been messed up at this place. Terrible admin service, can never get through on the phone. Will not be using again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience here at Mazda West Auckland. I had couple of error lights on my Mazda3 dashboard. Super efficient service and everything went smooth. Issue was resolved and it only took a few hours. They even booked an uber for me to go home while they fixed the issue.
