★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience at West City Westgate dealership. All employees were very helpful and friendly irrespective of who was actually selling the vehicle. The team is very knowledgeable about the different models which makes a pleasant change. Great teamwork in this dealership results in excellent customer service and no request was too complicated or considered an annoyance.
We arrived for test drive and car was ready and waiting at the door for us. Our sales person Steven was serving someone else so another sales person helped us and got us out on the road.
We can't recommend this dealership enough. Absolutely love our new Kia! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience with the mitsubishi service centre, booked my 2021 pajero for servicing and especially to put on the snorkel i booked it one month in advance and went there all the way from South to West, even before picking up my car i gave them a call a day before just to make sure abt the snorkel and lady over the phone said that it's ready and fitted but when i went there for pick up it wasn't and their excuse was tht lady by mistake confirmed you about the snorkel, and they have short staff and even one of the guy over there lied aswel that he refused yesterday to me that they not going to install the snorkel which he didn't bcs they knew i will not drop my car if they don't install the snorkel. Staff has no knowledge whts going inside their office they disagree with each other on their statements, so they keep on lying to the customers just to get the bookings.Don't get fooled by their false promises. (its a mistake that i booked another pajero sport from your dealership).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long 6months wait to get my Jimny but with great customer service, it offsets the waiting. Steven is very transparent with his action and the follow up process. The team appear to be very organised despite long car handover queue they are managing. They keep trying and pushing through the listi guess for customer, that's what matters... Thanks Suzuki Westgate, i am enjoying my drives on the beach, off road paths, exploring a whole new different weekends with my family and puppy ?
