★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent Motel, very convenient to Rotorua and Tauranga and the awesome beaches in the Bay of Plenty.
Our hosts Stan and Viv, keep very clean comfortable units, we'll definitely be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say that the staff were pleasant and the rooms nice and clean.
But the bed was terrible, the worst I have ever slept on. It felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood.
Also, the bathroom in my unit was a 'wet room' which meant every time I went in to use the toilet after I had taken a shower, my feet would get wet.
The TV was a tiny box that hung up high in the corner of the room which made it hard to watch.
I am unhappy that I paid $140 for such a terrible sleep, the other minor things wouldn't have bothered me if I had had a comfy bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly man at Reception. Nice and quiet motel. Clean and tidy. Only disappointment, one of the shower heads weren't working, in the unit that had two showers, an old 2019 magazine left to read and think the tea bags were old needed 4bags for one cup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son myself and grandsons stayed here during Tai Mitchell. what a beautiful property. pristine and spotless. love the grounds..trees..the walk around the park. wish I could've stayed longer. Fruit trees and gardens really welcoming. I would rather be in this place than overseas. priceless serenity. thankyou so much..judith
