Saleem and his team were wonderful, their knowledge of the area and it's attractions were recommended to us and they were very helpful, the resort was awesome..Thanks team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The executive lakefront chalet was such a fantastic accommodation for our family of five. The extra ensuite and WIR in the master bedroom was a much-needed bonus. The place was comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely come back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this resort is great, with easy access to both lakes Rotorua and Rotoiti (my favourite). The place has a mix of owned houses and resort houses, so your experience may vary a bit from home to home. Still, the two I saw were in good condition and the personnel was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our stay at this peaceful hidden location away from the crowdy area. Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make a family holiday. Great food at the restaurant if you are feeling lazy to cook. Revisit is a must for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a surprise this place was for 4 star. The pool was beautiful and food at restaurant again surprisingly good. Rooms were great for a family of 4 with lots of separation and everything you need for a couple of nights. It is further out of Rotorua, away from the main hub but only a 10 minute drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/10.... $613 for two nights. Number 50. Clean. Appliances good. Plenty of personal supplies...however.... This place is generally old and tired and is overdue for refurbishment. Overpriced when compared with other resorts in the area.
It had no Sky TV as it had been disconnected. The room stereo was twenty years old.
The room felt damp upon arrival I opened the doors and aired it out. I noticed it has a leak above the right hand side looking out to the lake at ceiling and wall corner. The sofa was old worn out and worn through in parts and stained, probably more suited to a student flat. The carpets are average a little stained here and there and scrunchy under foot. The walls had paint patches everywhere and some walls had newer paint on than others. The cables for the TV were visible everywhere and looked untidy. The noise...maybe on the weekends the maintenance man could refrain from annoying guests with his noisy petrol powered hedgetrimmers and petrol powered blowers. On Saturday night we came home to an industrial wheelie bin outside the front door with smelly garden waste in it. The spa pool is broken the temperature never gets warm enough to enjoy and the waterfall lever is broken where you turn it off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden away but just delightfully relaxing and so many unexpected bonuses like fly fishing lessons for the kids and an Easter egg hunt organized by the resort staff. Lovely comfortable apartments. We left feeling refreshed.
