★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service - emergency number goes to owner Kay who is rude, condescending and talks over you the whole time, and can not even pull up your booking. Hardly someone who should be answering an emergency number where guests would most likely be in distress. Highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware!!! Agent gave misleading information & omitted crucial aspects. Not worth the extra cost to use this agent. Do it yourself online. Agents are supposed to make travel easier. Utter nightmare. One star is generous. The price point & quality are worlds apart.

We had a family emergency which required us to travel to the UK at very short notice whilst Auckland was in level 3 lockdown. Kay was fantastic at arranging our travel and helping us get all the negative tests and locator forms organised as well as last minute ticket upgrades etc. Excellent communication along the way and also helped us secure MIQ, I cannot recommend Kay and her team enough.
