★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service, worst shopping experience I have ever seen. I bought an electric toothbrush and a set of tooth rinser in this store, but they are not suitable for my teeth, so I want to return them. I went to this store twice, and the clerk said that I had opened the product for the first time (I just opened the product to check it, I didn't use it at all, and I didn't even open the package!!). I didn't get a refund. Then I called Philips Customer Service and received an email from them, telling me that I could return the goods directly in the store, but! Their staff still wouldn't give me a refund and repeatedly told me to call Philips HQ again!! Very poor attitude, very poor service quality, they don't care about after sale service!! Do not buy anything at this store!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Went in seeking new blades for my father's braun shaver and the service provided was brilliant. Got the new blades and had them fitted with in a minutes. The staff member who served me was very knowledgeable gave me a lot of tips how to keep the shaver clean and also recommended me shaver guard which I was not using before. Very respectful and welcoming staff.Will definitely go back and definitely recommend.

Their wahl products with plastic bits break easily and then they try charge you extra for replacement parts even with warranty. customer service is shocking.
Will never buy products from here again.

The team finally got back and offered to fix the problem and the experience. Good initiative. We all understand it's silly season and things do go wrong. Appreciate your kind gesture team
