★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place can he very busy at times, so be prepared for that. Even then staff is friendly and tries to help as much as possible to find what you are looking for. They offer vouchers for alterations if required which adds even more options. Happy to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Girls are very knowledgeable on their stock. I was made to feel comfortable. Savannah was especially patient and attentive to my needs. Buying jeans can be a daunting task when the middle age spread gets the better of you. So glad i had the help of the Just Jeans girls. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame, I've visited Just Jeans Albany twice this year and both times I have been disappointed that Just Jeans no longer seems to provide any customer service. At all. Is this a new policy? Both times I have had to figure out sizing etc all by myself and dash back out to the store to grab other sizes while mid-try on. It's such a shame that the only contact staff have with customers now is at the till when you decide if you want to buy something. (It's just like online shopping... no interaction... but you do get to try the clothes on before you "add to cart").

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very positive. I went in to exchange some Jean's and the staff were very obliging friendly and helpfull, going the extra mile to make sure I had the right fit, length etc.I left the store feeling great about my purchase there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dressing rooms are shockers. There is nowhere to sit and tie sneakers after trying on jeans. The staff are busy but pleasant but be wary of the buy one item get 2nd for 50% off during sales. This works only on the full price of both items NOT the sale prices. It worked out way cheaper to buy 2 items separately on sale than to take advantage of this offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store at Albany this week to buy a new pair of jeans. I thought I knew what I was after, but also wanted some advice on the different styles of jeans.
I was lucky enough to be served by Jasmine. She was so helpful, so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the different styles and shapes available. Nothing was too much effort, she was honest in her opinions of what did and didn't work for me. At no time did I feel silly for asking questions or as if I was taking up too much of her time. She was an absolute pleasure to work with to achieve a very satisfactory purchase.
Thank you very much Jasmine, I really appreciate your wonderful service, you are a credit to your store.
